Blogging our way through life!
A postcard to you from Comic Relief and #TeamHonk

Are you doing anything on your blog for Comic Relief? A bunch of bloggers have been to Ghana with Davina McCall and Jonathan Ross and they sent us this digital postcard:

Dear Kids Blog Club

This is a class of 6 year olds at a school in a slum community in Ghana. The children live in very basic shacks without running water or toilets. Comic Relief helped a local lady called Paulina build a school which means they can get an education. If they are at school their parents know they are safe and happy and can go out to work to earn money to buy food and maybe move from the slum.

The children sang me a beautiful song to welcome us. They learn in one big hall with four other classes so it is quite noisy, except when the little ones take a nap on the floor!

Love Penny

This is a digital postcard sent from TeamHonk (;; during their travels with Comic Relief in Ghana celebrating #goodwork.
