You lot of kid bloggers are an impressively talented and smart bunch. So when we heard news of a Child Genius event coming up we knew it would be right up your street.
The fifth series of Channel Four’s Child Genius TV show is on its way to UK television screens in 2017. The show is looking for gifted children aged 8-12 (and their families) to take part. They’re currently seeking applications and would love to hear from parents of gifted and talented children who may be interested.
As part of this, the Child Genius producers are holding an open workshop on Saturday 26th November 2016. This is an opportunity for 8-12 year olds to get involved in Mensa Challenges, quick fire quizzes and strategic puzzles. You’ll also get to meet with other families. The location has not been revealed, but it’s likely to be in London. Applications are welcome from families all around the UK.
Please be assured that there is no obligation to take part in the programme. At this stage it’s just a question of having a chat and finding out more. Attending the open day doesn’t mean that you will definitely be in the show.
